Naoussa is located in the north of the island, just 12 kilometers from Parikia. It is the pearl of the island, since it is the most picturesque town. The amenities for stay and the strong night-life, hasn’t erode the traditional character. Here the visitor will find hotels, camping, tourist offices, various shops, bars, cafes and ouzo-bars. The interior of Naoussa is formed by narrow streets,whitewashed in the traditional Cycladic style, surrounded by beautiful beaches (Piperi, Monastiri, Kolymbithres, Santa Maria, Laggeri). For those interested, Naoussa has to demonstrate remarkable antiquity monuments: ancient settlements (Hill Koukounaries) Cycladic cemetery (Plastira) and the Venetian castle fortress on the north side of the harbor.
